Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Certain goods are exempt from returns including perishable items, intimate goods, hazardous materials, and flammable products.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Some health and personal care items
Receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, or vinyl
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged. Email support@earnbright.in for assistance.
Gifts
Gift items will receive store credit once returned. Non-gift items will be refunded to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.
For high-value items, use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
